List of the documents needed

Documents to be submitted on Coriandre when you pre-register online:

• ID card (both sides) or Passport
  
  
• CVEC attestation (only for Double Degree Diploma Student)

• « Responsabilité civile » individual insurance covering material damage and personal injury during internships for the whole 2025/2026 academic year (to be provided by any organization of your choice)
  
  
• 1 ID picture for the student card: between 1Mo and 2Mo (1600 x 1200 dots maximum), portrait of the face to the shoulders, on a neutral and bright background (NO dark or badly framed pictures), JPG format
  
  
• For students enrolled in a double degree program: an extract of the original birth certificate + a translated version

•  « Autorisation de soins » (medical care authorization) scheme: to fill in Download the file
  
• Signed non-plagiarism charter: to fill in Download the file

ALL DOCUMENTS ARE COMPULSORY

No documents must be sent by post or e-mail, all must be submitted on the pre-registration website.
