Tuition fees for French or EU students in the engineering curriculum:

2025-2026 tuition fees =  € 628 (Updated on 06/17/2025)

Tuition fees for French or EU students in Masters:

2025-2026 tuition fees =  € 254 (Updated on 06/17/2025)

Tuition fees in PhD :

International tuition fees for non-EU students:

French law provides that non-EU students are subject to different tuition fees.

- If you are originally from one of the following exempted countries (Here is the list), or if you have officially declared your income in France for the last 2 years (tax residence) or more, the amount of your tuition fees will be the same as French or EU students.

- If you do not fall into the above categories, you will have to pay the following non-EU tuition fees:

• 2,895 euros for year 1 and year 2 of the engineering curriculum, (Awaiting publication of the order - Updated on 06/26/2024)

• 3,941 euros for year 3, year 4 and year 5 of the engineering curriculum (as well as Masters' degrees). (Updated on 06/17/2025)

Tuition fees for international programs:

Specific rates are applied to international programs, please visit the following pages, and contact the directors of these programs at the following address "International programs".

The fees for the international programs only apply for the first year of enrolment at INSA Toulouse. Starting from the second year, students have to pay for the enrolment fees corresponding to their status. For instance, non-EU students will have to pay for the differentiated fees mentionned hereabove.
